Call for Papers:
We’re sorry that the call for paper presentations for the main conference has now closed.
Call for Posters and 3-Minute Thesis
If you are a research student or member of UoN staff and you would like to submit an A1 poster we are still accepting entries. Posters will be displayed in the main conference rooms (Delapre Lecture Theatre on 20th June / MR57 on 21st June) for the duration of the day. Presenters are welcome to stand by their poster at lunchtime 1-2pm to talk to visitors about their research.
• All posters must be A1 size (no other size will be permitted)
• Posters can be either portrait or landscape and researchers must notify Simone Apel of poster orientation. [This is important for planning the layout of the exhibition].
• No additional material may be used or added to the poster (e.g., anything stuck on the poster, flaps or lifts on poster, illustrations requiring 3D glasses are not permitted).
• Name, title of poster and the name of the University must be clearly presented on the poster
An entry (name and poster title) will be made in the Conference Programme. Please contact Simone (email@example.com) if you are interested.
